A Post Graduate in Commerce and a qualified Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. Mr. Biswas has vast experience of 47 years in the field of Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, General Administration including Human Relations, Secretarial and legal work in reputed companies. Apart from heading the ambitious RTS bunch, he is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Managing Director
An exemplary business professional and commerce graduate, who is an expert in Administration, Production & Marketing and has concrete experience of 30+ years in managing RTS. He is recognised for his role in handling corporate affairs and has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations. A Man with integrity, Abhay plays a pivotal role in RTS’ ongoing strategy to acquire know-hows and implement it effectively for its progress. Above & Beyond he also contributes in steering the nation to a higher ground with his charitable endeavours.

A seasoned professional with sound legal knowledge and strong business acumen is what this 35+ years commerce Graduate brings to RTS tables. Aiming for a clean upward graph and strategic growth, his expertise in Administration and Marketing has made significant contributions to the company, particularly holding strong relationships with international & domestic clients being the hallmark of RTS’ progress. A philanthropist at heart he also is a part of many charitable organizations and has also been a President of ITMA.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Today, RTS has an enviable track record of manufacture and supply of over 3,00,000 transformers across the country. The Company’s maiden Public Issue in August 1995 was oversubscribed. It was an indication that the Company was moving at a high speed and on the right track.
